Raoul G. Cantero Honored

Vincent Mazzilli, Special Agent in Charge of the D.E.A.’s Miami Field Division, honored Gables Group Director Raoul G. Cantero in early 1999, in recognition of Mr. Cantero’s extensive efforts in aid of the agency’s interdiction mission.

Mr. Cantero, who had previously been recognized for his assistance to the F.B.I. during a 1996 crisis in the Miami community, co-founded the firm utilizing his more than thirty years of experience in international threat management and consulting.

Mr. Cantero was an active member of several Miami area civic organizations, and previously served as Chairman of Crimestoppers in the Miami area.
