Uncovers "Problems" With Prosecution "Expert" During High Profile Trial

At the request of the lead consultant to one of the wrongly accused officers, The Gables Group developed intelligence deemed extremely damaging to a prominent “expert” witness retained by the prosecution. The prosecution thereafter rested its case without rebutting the highly exculpatory testimony of defense expert James Fyfe. The "expert" witness in question had been thoroughly rebuked by a United States District Judge in the Western District of Pennsylvania and by the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. All four officers were subsequently acquitted.
